Staff Feedback: Proposed Performance Evaluation Rating Scale

Event Details

Beginning in 2027, staff performance evaluations will be strengthened by moving the process into Workday and introducing a new five-level rating scale.

Before the new system is finalized, we want to hear from staff who will use it. The Employee Success Center is hosting virtual focus groups to gather feedback on the proposed ratings—particularly whether each level is clear, meaningful, and descriptive enough to help employees and supervisors understand what the ratings mean.
