DESCRIPTION:Beginning in 2027, staff performance evaluations will be streng
 thened by moving the process into Workday and introducing a new five-level
  rating scale.\n\nBefore the new system is finalized, we want to hear fro
 m staff who will use it. The Employee Success Center is hosting virtual f
 ocus groups to gather feedback on the proposed ratings—particularly whet
 her each level is clear, meaningful, and descriptive enough to help employ
 ees and supervisors understand what the ratings mean.\n\nYour feedback wil
 l help us:\n\n\n	Make the rating levels easy to understand and distinguish
  from one another\n	Ensure the language accurately reflects different leve
 ls of performance\n	Create a rating scale that feels fair, useful, and rel
 evant to staff\n\n\nYour perspective can help ensure the new rating system
