Join Jon Klein and In Kim for a special research town hall to discuss the strategic implementation of a Kentucky Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Program. As we look toward a historic $50 billion federal investment in rural health infrastructure, this town hall will detail how UofL faculty can lead innovations in care delivery for the 109 rural counties that comprise 90.8% of our state.
In-person attendance is recommended for identifying cross-disciplinary partners for upcoming RFA opportunities and pilot program development. The discussion will focus on the strategic transition toward upstream preventive care models, the implementation of AI-enabled health technologies to address digital infrastructure gaps, and the development of a resilient clinical workforce to expand maternal and emergency care throughout the Commonwealth's rural regions.
