The performance management process for university staff is evolving! Join us to learn what’s new and what you need to know for upcoming staff performance evaluations that will be completed to reflect the 2026 calendar year.

In this session, we’ll walk through the updated performance management process, including:
•  Navigating Workday to complete the evaluation process
•  The updated 5-point performance rating scale
•  Tips for making staff performance management both meaningful and developmental

All staff and any faculty who supervise staff are encouraged to attend a session to ensure everyone understands the updated process and is prepared for the upcoming performance evaluation cycle.
