Navigating Leadership Now is the University of Louisville's premier, day-long leadership conference, hosted by the Center for Positive Leadership at the Muhammad Ali Center. This year, our theme is "Elevate Above The Noise" and Lonnie Ali will receive the Lifetime Positive Leadership award and will be interviewed in a talk show format during lunchtime. The day will end with Jim James, hometown hero and lead singer of My Morning Jacket, and begin with a session with Phil Crosby, CEO of Dan-O's Seasonings, Chuy Martinez, CEO of Con Huevos, and Ted Smtih, Co-Founder of the Envirome Institute. Workshops during the day will come from some of the best leadership speakers in the area, and Elevator students will report on their change leadership accomplishments for the year.
