Caregiving is a journey often marked by love and sacrifice, but it can also involve profound losses that are frequently overlooked.

In this free virtual caregiving session on Monday, Nov. 9, 12–1 p.m. CST, Barbara Gordon will discuss the many dimensions of caregiver grief,. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how these experiences affect caregivers' emotional well-being and learn practical, compassionate strategies to validate and support caregivers.
