Learning Cafe: Life-Career Rainbow: Aligning Your Roles, Goals, and Energy
EVENTEvent Details
Career development is not just about work. It is also shaped by the many roles we hold in life, including worker, learner, family member, caregiver, community member, friend, and person with interests and responsibilities outside of work.
In this session, participants will explore Donald Super’s Life-Career Rainbow, a career development model that helps people reflect on how different life roles change over time. Participants will identify the roles that are most active in their lives right now, compare where their time and energy are currently going with where they would like them to go, and consider small changes that can support better work-life alignment.
This session is designed to help employees reflect on their current season of life, clarify personal and career priorities, and set realistic goals that support both well-being and career growth.
