The Community Engagement Cores of Green Heart Louisville Project and the UofL Superfund Research Center at the Christina Lee Brown Envirome Institute responded to community interest in understanding more about the potential impacts of data centers with a webinar series called The Exchange.

In this webinar, Dr. Eric Bonds of the University of Mary Washington will discuss trends in the use of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) in data center development, including his research on data center NDAs in Virginia.
