The air has turned crisp and leaves are starting to fall! That can only mean one thing: It’s time for us to get together for the Fall 2026 meeting of the UofL Campus Tree Advisory Committee! All are welcome - students, faculty, staff, and community members, as we continue our journey of protecting, expanding, enhancing, celebrating, and studying our precious urban forests at UofL!

Updates: recent/impending tree plantings, removals and maintenance plans (Wade) Updates/Maintenance of Belknap Tree Tour:
- Physical Tour: Tree Tour pamphlet and plaque replacements
- Digital Tour: Branch Out Story Map and interactive map Update on Campus Tree Inventory & UofL Tree App Planning for 2026 UofL Arbor Day Celebration at noon on Wednesday, Oct. 14th in the Humanities Quad
- Judge Family Foundation would like to fund a memorial grove & bench for a recent UofL alumni Tree-related Service Learning Projects
- Any 2026 classes on offer which are/could integrate tree-related service learning?
- Upcoming tree-planting volunteer opportunities on or off campus to promote/organize UofL students to attend?
