The Beta Lambda chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity for Women at the University of Louisville is an outstanding group of young women devoted to bettering their own lives and the lives of others. There are 159 active collegiate chapters of Zeta Tau Alpha with over 200,000 members nationwide. In the past 5 years, ZTA has reactivated or created new chapters at 17 universities across the country; we are one of the fastest growing NPC sororities in the nation. The ZTA Fraternity National Housing Corporation has assets of more than $25 million and is the resounding leader in Greek housing. Since 1992, Zeta Tau Alpha has supported The American Cancer Society, Bright Pink, and the NFL as its national partnerships. Our purpose as an organization is "the intensifying of friendship, the fostering of a spirit of love, the creating of such sentiments, the performing of such deeds, and the moulding of such opinions as will be conducive to the building up of a purer and nobler womanhood in the world."
