Purpose of Organization: Sponsor and promote events and activities for its members and encourage their participation in them. Foster interaction among members. Provide opportunities for increased learning and practice of American Sign Language. Provide opportunities for involvement with the Deaf Community. We have monthly meetings throughout the semester. Each fall we host an event called Day of Silence. In the spring we host an event called Deaf Awareness Day.
