The Retention and Assessment unit within the Center for Belonging, Access & Engagement was implemented in the fall of 2014. This unit is responsible for designing and implementing an academic support system and program evaluation. This support system will act as a supplement to current programming within the Center for Belonging, Access & Engagement and the campus community. This unit will provide additional support to retention programs currently within the Center for Belonging, Access & Engagement including the African American Male Initiative (AAMI), Excellence through Effort (Excel), Hispanic/Latin@ Initiative, and the Woodford R.
