 s Visiting Scholar Program for a public lecture by historian Cotten Seiler
  on “Race, Infrastructure, and the Future.”\n\nDr. Seiler is a Profess
 or of American Studies at Dickinson College and will be speaking about his
  new book "White Care: The Impact of Race on American Infrastructure,” o

 s and the era of school desegregation following Brown v. Board of Educatio
 n—Seiler will explore how infrastructure has both reflected and reinforc
 ed racial inequality, while offering important insights for imagining a mo
