DESCRIPTION:A student can produce a polished video without ever making a re
al argument. The editing is clean, the music is nice, and nothing of subst
ance has happened. This session is about the design decisions that prevent
that. We will cover what makes a video assignment require genuine intelle
ctual work, where AI fits responsibly in the production process, and how t
o scaffold the assignment so that structure, narration choices, and camera
work all force students to take a position and defend it. Practical guida
nce on production basics and DMS resources included.\n\nThis live session
will be virtual via Microsoft Teams. Please register for the event to rece
ive the Teams link.\n\nYou may also be interested in: \n\n\n	September 10
