#Self-DefenseThe ULPD will conduct a Rape Aggression Self-Defense (R.A.D) class. This is a comprehensive 12-hour course that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training. The class will be taught on Wednesday nights, for four weeks, starting October 12th, through November 2nd. R.A.D. is taught by certified instructors. Space is limited.
