The ULPD will be conducting a Rape Aggression Self-Defense (R.A.D) class. This is a comprehensive 9-hour course that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training. R.A.D. is taught by certified instructor. Space is limited.
