Join the UofL Trager Institute for a free virtual Mindfulness Meditation session for caregivers every Thursday from 12:00 pm - 12:30 pm EST.
These mindfulness sessions are designed to address the specifics stresses and needs of caregivers. We know that caregiving is both highly rewarding but also demanding. Taking a few minutes to center, ground, and reset yourself can have immense benefits for not just you but also your loved one. This mindfulness series is part of our Caregiver 101 Support Group program.
