These pop-up Free Sales are offered by the student-run UofL Free Store, now located in SAC W303C.

Free Sales take place on the last Tuesday of each month, August through April, from 4:30pm-6:30pm. (With the exception of December.)

The Free Store is like a thrift store, but no money is exchanged and the store is staffed by students who help process donations and keep the store tidy and organized. The Free Store helps keep useful items out of the landfill while meeting the needs of the campus community.

The Free Store is a space for the free exchange of clean, functional, durable items like clothing, shoes, electronics, small appliances, household items, bath & beauty supplies, books, school & art supplies, non-perishable food, and more.

Donations can be made to the Free Store at the bin near the Garden Commons (near the northeast corner of the Baptist Center) or outside the Free Store located in SAC W303C.
