ULCGIS presents GIS Day, 2021

The University of Louisville’s Center for Geographic Information Sciences cordially invites you to our GIS Day celebration on Wednesday, November 17th, 2021.  GIS Day is an international celebration of GIS technology. GIS is a scientific framework for gathering, analyzing, and visualizing geographic data to help us make better decisions. With the theme of "GIS: A Compass for Change," we are excited to feature changemakers working to leverage GIS for the growth and betterment of our communities!

Details on our full program are below as well as on our website event page.

As we navigate our first in-person event held in two years, we ask that all intended participants register here by November 15th, and review the relevant University of Louisville COVID-19 policies.

We commit to following these guidelines as we intend to gather in person and provide served refreshments.
