At work, people express and receive appreciation in different ways. If you try to express appreciation in ways that aren’t meaningful to your co-workers, they may not feel valued at all. This is because you and your co-workers are speaking different appreciation languages.
Join UofL's Young and Emerging Professionals ERG and Employee Success Center's Training Specialist, Meagan West, in this free training to learn what your workplace appreciation language is and how it plays a role in your work experience.
The first fifteen registrants who attend will be sent a FREE copy of the book, The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace by Gary Chapman and Paul White!
