About this Event
Stories have always been at the heart of how people learn and make meaning. This two half-day workshop invites faculty to explore how storytelling techniques can deepen understanding, promote retention, and foster learner engagement across disciplines and modalities. Participants will examine the principles of narrative structure, identify opportunities to integrate storytelling into lectures, discussions and digital materials, and begin crafting stories that connect learners emotionally and intellectually to course content. The workshop blends theory with practice, offering space for reflection, design and feedback.
