Apply to join a select group of dedicated Kentucky educators during the academic year of 2021-2022 in reading and discussing great texts that will enhance your knowledge of American history and culture.

As a member of the McConnell Center’s 2021-2022 Teacher Scholar Program, your reading will be supported by in-person and online hybrid-based lectures, seminars, and other special opportunities, at little to no personal expense. This year's study will center on themes discussed in Russell Kirk's seminal work, The Roots of American Order, which identifies the beliefs and institutions that have nurtured the American soul and commonwealth.

We hope you will take this opportunity to continue your education and network with other great Kentucky educators. Apply now via McConnellCenter.org. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis through August 31.
