This course is ideal for individuals who are relatively new to tai chi. In our weekly Tai Chi for Beginners class, we will focus on body alignment, breathing, and relaxation as we learn basic tai chi forms and related exercises. All ages and abilities are welcome to join this course! Modifications can easily be made for individuals who have mobility restrictions.
