his is the 2nd course in the UofL Project Managment Certificate Program and focuses on the practical application and best practices of the project management processes outlined in the Project Management Institute's A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge® (PMBOK).  For beginners, we highly recommend you take "Fundamentals of Project Management" first, but is you are already familiar with Project Management principles and implementing some Project Management concepts already, this is a good fit for you.

This course moves beyond the abstract theory of Project Management and addresses real-world application in the workplace. In this program, you will solve project management problems and practice the powerful tools that will be immediately useful in your work. Working with your classmates , you will tackle a real project, generate solutions, execute your plan, and get immediate feedback from your peers and instructors. These hands-on learning experiences with real business challenges will challenge you and equip you to apply what you learn at work.
