PLAN Workshop - Mastering the Interview
Description. You've made it to the next level: the phone interview, the video interview, or the in-person interview! Now what? NOW, it's time to prepare. In this session, come learn how to present your best self before, during, and after the interview to leave and lasting and positive impression during the job search process!
Learning outcomes. As a result of this session, participants will be able to:
1. Effectively prepare for interviews in various formats 2. Identify strategies for making a lasting and positive impressing during the interview process 3. Collect resources and tips for an organized and less stressful job search process.
Presenter(s). Rosie Shannon is a Career Coach serving the Arts and Sciences students who are Exploratory/Undecided, Humanities, and the School of Music. She earned a Master of Education in School Counseling from Indiana University Southeast and is also a Career Development Facilitator through the National Career Development Association.
Karen Boston is a career coach serving U of L students in Dentistry, Medicine, Natural Sciences, Nursing, and Public Health. She earned the Masters in Education with a concentration in College Student Personnel from the University of Louisville and the Career Development Facilitator credential from The National Career Development Association.
