Description. The School of Interdisciplinary and Graduate Studies has invited a number of women within and outside of the University of Louisville community to discuss the unique challenges and opportunities for women receiving Masters or PhD degrees who are interested in alternatives to tenure-track positions or in work outside of the academy. Panelists will share their own experiences in choosing a career path, and the event will offer attendants a forum to discuss their own questions about being a woman with a graduate degree who wishes to pursue other career options.
