Curious about how to engage students in meaningful, critical reflection on their use of AI tools? Join us for an interactive workshop on the PAIRR approach, a practical framework that can help faculty guide students in ethically and thoughtfully integrating AI into their learning.
PAIRR stands for Prompt, Assess, Instruct, Revise, and Reflect. This approach empowers students to make intentional, informed choices about using generative AI while deepening their understanding of course content.
In this intermediate AI session, you'll explore how PAIRR can be applied across disciplines to foster transparency, responsibility, and reflection in student work. You'll see examples of reflective prompts and classroom strategies, and collaborate with colleagues to adapt the model to your own teaching.
This workshop is hybrid - you are welcome to attend virtually via MS Teams or in-person in the TILL Classroom, Rm 302A of Ekstrom Library.
