The Online Teaching Book Club is the Delphi Center’s informal gathering designed for educators who want to explore how to make online teaching and learning even more effective. This cross-disciplinary group will examine and discuss findings derived from online education focused readings. Whether you are a seasoned online course expert, or just beginning your journey into online education, the Online Teaching Book Club is open to all UofL educators who are looking to join colleagues in a supportive environment to exchange insights, experiences and ideas.

During the fall semester, we will be discussing, "Learning Online: The Student Experience" by George Veletsianos. This book hopes to empower faculty to improve online learning by examining it through the lens of the student experience.

"Learning Online: The Student Experience" is available as a free e-book through the Library system. Please note that reading the book for this offering is optional. Your participation in discussion and camaraderie are important to us. You are welcome to attend these sessions if you prefer not to read the book. We'll begin each meeting with a very brief summary of the reading and then quickly move into conversation.
