Students can relax and practice mindfulness through creativity at the Mindful Paint n Sip. Our goal is to teach students about mindfulness and show that it can be practiced in many different ways. Mindfulness can benefit our lives by building stress resiliency and increasing our ability to self-regulate, among many other benefits.

Students can drop in any time during the event from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on March 28th. For refreshments, we will have hot tea and a mocktail. We will have canvases, paint, and easels for students to use. There will not be someone leading students as they paint, but students can free paint or follow any stencils that we provide for inspiration.
