Mindful EAT Workshop
Learn now to eat mindfully, healthy, and with pleasure! Eating Awareness Training is a 4-session mindful eating workshop that is offered through the UofL Health Promotion Office. The EAT consists of educational materials, discussion, and guided mindfulness practices, that help participants to recognize hunger and fullness cues, triggers of emotional eating, as well as improve taste satisfaction. Mindful eating can help reduce overeating, stress-eating, reduce craving and promote healthy weight. The EAT lab is evaluating the effectiveness of the workshop in promoting healthy eating behaviors.
Open to UofL students and employees. $20 or FREE if participate in the study*
