This event is a free of charge workshop with work books provided. Open to all UofL students.
Mind Matters helps individuals with the following: Overcoming trauma and toxic stress they have experienced recently or in their past by learning skills to manage the physical and mental states associated with these adversities, replacing negative patterns with more positive coping habits such as self-soothing skills, observing self-compassion for the traumatized, brain holistic self-care, healthy relationships, intentionality.
