Lt. Governor's Entrepreneurship Challenge regional competition

The Forcht Center for Entrepreneurship and the College of Business will host a regional competition for high school teams on Wed. March 27 in the Student Activities Center. The Lt. Governor’s Entrepreneurship Challenge (LGEC) is a business pitch competition with the goal to promote entrepreneurship, business ownership and creative problem solving, and encourage networking and mentorship with local businesses. Teams will present a written business plan, an oral presentation, a marketing video, and a tabletop display to pitch their ideas before judges in the regional competition. The top teams will advance to the finals in April. Prizes include scholarship awards along with mentoring opportunities.
