Ever wonder what opportunities await once you have your business degree in hand? Join us for the third event in the Menard Family Lecture Series and the  2023 Truist Speaker Series to hear from a College of Business alum who has taken his degrees to Wall Street and beyond, and will share his journey, career experiences, and recommendations with students. 

Will Scott is the Director of Associate and Analyst Development for Balyasny Asset Management, an American investment firm with offices around the world. Prior to this role, he held other positions at BAM, including Senior Analyst and Portfolio Manager. He joined BAM from Point72 Asset Management, where he was a Portfolio Analyst on one of the largest and longest-tenured teams at the firm. Before Point72, Will was an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Consumer Retail Group. He holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Louisville College of Business, and a Master of Philosophy in Modern Chinese Studies from the University of Oxford. While at UofL, Will was a member of the nationally ranked basketball program where his team claimed two Big East Championships and made two appearances to the Elite Eight. As a member of the Louisville Cardinals, Will was also named a Big East Academic All-Star and was nominated by the University for a Rhodes Scholarship.
