Learning Cafe: You're Promoted! The New Manager
Being promoted to a leadership position for the first time is a celebratory transition that also requires preparation in being an effective manager for your team. This interactive class is tailored for recently promoted managers to discuss the importance of influencing and inspiring others. Participants will learn best practices and receive resources to communicate clearly, build confidence within their team, how to delegate equitably, and provide timely and empowering performance reviews.
