First impressions matter. When you hire a new employee, their onboarding experience can make or break their introduction to the university, and it extends way beyond New Employee Orientation. Creating a great onboarding experience within your department is imperative. In this Learning Café, we will discuss onboarding best practices at UofL and look at the resources provided in the Onboarding Guide for Supervisors that can help set up you and your new employee for success.
