Resiliency in parenting is not only important for the parent, but equally important for children in order to foster a healthy parent-child relationship. How parents respond to stressors is much more important than the stressor itself.​ In this class, participants will be provided resources on how to prevent burnout, build resiliency skills, and maintain a positive and productive balance in our personal and professional lives to manage our stress levels to enjoy our time with loved ones.
