We all want to be part of a high-performing, engaged workplace and a thoughtful performance evaluation is one of the best tools for making it happen. Performance evaluations create an opportunity for both employees and supervisors to set meaningful goals, discuss development, celebrate success, and provide constructive two-way feedback for the year ahead.
