This Learning Cafe will promote understanding and awareness about people with disabilities on our campus. With greater awareness, we can create a more inclusive and affirming environment at the University of Louisville.  Join us to learn more about the concept of disability and ways to be an ally to these members of our community.

Outcomes:

• Participants will learn the definition of disability and frameworks for understanding the concept of disability.
• Participants will learn about the resources provided to students by the Disability Resource Center.
• Participants will be able to recognize and reduce barriers for individuals with disabilities on campus and in the community.
