In Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Practical Application, participants deepen their knowledge of problem solving and are introduced to root cause analysis for more complex business process improvement opportunities. Participants learn how to reduce defects in established business processes using a practical toolkit and are exposed to additional proven methodologies which accelerate problem solving.
