Leadership During Difficult Times
We are living and working in a new reality. Although the 8th annual Pathways Women's Leadership Conference, sponsored by Commonwealth Credit Union, was unable to meet as scheduled, the need for women's leadership development is perhaps stronger than ever.
We are reminded of our Cardinal Principle of Diversity and Inclusion. As an institution, the University of Louisville has a commitment to women's leadership focused on inclusivity and advocacy for diversity, anti-racism, justice and equity.
With these values in mind, and with the knowledge that the coronavirus pandemic is causing us to change how we work and learn, we invite you to attend a free virtual panel discussion.
President Neeli Bendapudi, along with Provost Beth Boehm and Dean Teresa Reed of the School of Music, will join in a virtual panel discussion focusing on "Leadership During Difficult Times."
Panelists will share their paths to leadership and will discuss successes as well as lessons learned. They will also answer questions from participants.
