Koru Basics Class
Health Promotion is partnering with Get Healthy Now to offer Koru Mindfulness® classes for ALL UofL students, faculty & staff! Koru Mindfulness® is a 4-week evidence-based curriculum specifically designed to teach you practical mindfulness, meditation, and stress resilience.
