Justice McAnulty Bench Dedication Ceremony
Justice William E. McAnulty, Jr.
October 9, 1947 – August 23, 2007
On behalf of the McAnulty family and Dean Colin Crawford, please join us for a special ceremony dedicating a bench in the late Justice’s memory.
A 1974 graduate of the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, Justice McAnulty was the first African-American to sit on the Kentucky Supreme Court. An excellent lawyer and beloved friend, he is admired and missed by all who knew him. Please join us as we honor his legacy to the city of Louisville and the Brandeis School of Law.
A reception and fundraiser will follow at Jack Fry's, 1007 Bardstown Road, from 1-3 p.m. where guests can share stories while enjoying free appetizers and music. There will be a cash bar.
To RSVP for the ceremony and reception, please email Justin Leighty at justin.leighty@louisville.edu.
