Is this your first Tai Chi class? Start here! This introductory class is held once each week and is designed for individuals who have never participated in a Tai Chi class before. We will explore the origins of Tai Chi and learn about the basic postures and movements of Tai Chi practice. Participants will only need to attend this session one time. After this session, we encourage you to sign up for our weekly practice courses Tai Chi for Beginners.
