The Gray Street Farmers Market, sponsored by the School of Public Health and Information Sciences, Common Earth Gardens, and the Louisville Metro Department of Public Health & Wellness, takes place on Thursdays until Sept. 25, rain or shine, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The market sets up on the 400 block of E. Gray Street (between S. Preston and S. Jackson). Customers may pay with cash, debit cards, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, or the Senior Farmers Market Nutrition program.

The Gray Street Farmers outreach program of the UofL School of Public Health and Information Sciences, which is done in partnership with Common Earth Gardens (Catholic Charities) and Louisville Metro Dept. of Public Health & Wellness. The goal of the market is to increase access to fresh, locally grown food in the downtown area.
