Join us for a workshop at Brandeis School of Law, about how the legalization of same-sex marriage will affect Kentucky law. Opening the workshop is Dan Canon, a civil rights attorney at Clay Daniel Walton Adams, and one of the attorneys who represented Kentucky’s same-sex marriage plaintiffs in the landmark Supreme Court case, Obergefell v. Hodges. Also presenting will be Brandeis School of Law professors, a Kentucky State Senator and attorneys who work in trusts and estates, elder law and immigration. 3.5 hours CLE credit is available for this one-day-only workshop; $100 before April 2nd, $125 after, and students attend free. The workshop will run from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and breakfast will be provided.
