Tuesdays: 1 p.m. – 2 p.m.
Fridays: 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.
Gentle Yoga is a guided practice that incorporates movement, breath work, and meditation. Students will be led through a calming meditative practice and gentle, restorative movements to support their overall health and well-being.
Absolutely no experience is necessary for this yoga class, and you do not need to be able-bodied. Please just come with an open mind. You will be guided the entire way through the practice and plenty of modifications will be given.
