Face Plant into Failure: Why learning to cope with failure will make you more successful in leadership

What do pacemakers, WD-40, and bubble wrap have in common? They were failures first. Many people approach in a risk- or failure-adverse approach, but some of the greatest successes come from learning from our mistakes.

Elizabeth Liebschutz-Roettger, director of Undergraduate International Programs for the College of Business will present the session.
