Are you new to mindfulness or want to go back to basics? Koru Basic is a small group workshop, held over 4 weeks, and includes hands-on techniques to improve well-being. Koru is an evidence-based curriculum, developed at Duke University , that has been shown to decrease stress, improve sleep, and cultivates mindfulness and self-compassion.
