Center hosts U.S. Army leaders
The University of Louisville's McConnell Center will host 30 U.S. Army soldiers for a month of leadership development and programming focused on the history and philosophical concepts essential to facing military challenges of the 21st century. Participants will study U.S. national government, the U.S. Constitution and the national security process with a robust faculty comprised of UofL professors and national experts.
More than 200 U.S. Army soldiers have participated in the residential strategic broadening program since 2014. McConnell Center Director Gary Gregg, PhD, is the lead faculty for the program.
