An intimate conversation with one of the first African American students at UofL's School of Nursing.

You are invited to join us for a special afternoon to hear the firsthand account of how Flora Ponder '57, one of the first two African American students at UofL's School of Nursing, navigated her time at UofL during the period of segregation.

Don't miss this opportunity to hear about Ponder's personal experiences and lasting impact on the Louisville community since graduating.

A short reception with light food and drinks will follow the program.
